Indian River Land Trust
I see an America whose rivers and valleys and lakes - hills and streams and plains - the mountains over our land and nature's wealth deep under the earth - are protected as the rightful heritage of all the people. - Franklin D. Roosevelt

Indian River Land Trust offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, including the following:

Festival Team - Our festival team is responsible for identifying, registering and manning the Indian River Land Trust presence at appropriate festival gatherings throughout the county. These volunteers become our face to the public as representatives of the Indian River Land Trust and are a critical component to our public outreach.

Field Corps - At various times throughout the year, Indian River Land Trust launches volunteer activities that include habitat cleanup, site preparation, and tour guiding. We rely on our Field Corps volunteers to be informed ambassadors for our efforts in these areas. Some of these activities can be physically demanding, so please be sure that this is an area in which you are comfortable participating before signing up!

Mail Squad - Indian River Land Trust welcomes assistance with mass mailings sent out through our office on a regular basis. With mailings being produced monthly, our Mail Squad contributes significantly to our cost-saving efforts.

Event Support - As we enhance our public outreach, events and activities are an important piece of our plan. Volunteer support at these events is critical to providing the excellent donor care that we expect from our organization - from registration to auction support, we look to volunteers to be our extra hands at many of our events.

If you are interested in volunteering, please download and complete the attached form and fax or mail it back to Dana McDougall at the Indian River Land Trust office. She will be in touch with you directly!

Thank you for volunteering!
