Charlotte K. Higgins (Char)
Charlotte K. Higgins (Char) is an active community volunteer who contributes her time and talent to the Children's Ministry Board of Community Church in addition to her position on the board of the Indian River Land Trust. Char's background is in fund raising, having had an active career in Development for institutes of higher education in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA before moving with her husband and two children to Vero Beach.
